Company Profile
Bob Loro founded Loro Auto Works in 1982 to provide a collision repair and refinish business that really cares about the consumer. Each one of the 23 Loro Auto Works employees acts as your advocate in assuring that auto body repairs to your vehicle are done in a proper and timely manner, using only the highest industry approved standards. The 36,000 square foot facility is the largest of it's kind in the area, but friendliness and caring attitudes are evident through out the entire staff.

The Estimate
We are ready to assist you through the entire claim process. If you do not already have an estimate completed by a claim representative of your insurance company, Loro Auto Works will provide an honest, accurate, thorough and detailed estimate that you can understand. If there is an insurance company involved Loro Auto Works will negotiate on your behalf to ensure your vehicle is returned to "Like New'  in both appearance and performance. As per Illinois law, you do not have to run around and get multiple estimates so that the other party can pay the cheapest. You have the right to take your vehicle to the shop of your choice! If you were hurt, would you go to the cheapest Doctor?
