Continuing Education
Loro Auto Works believes in ongoing education for its employees so we stay current with the latest painting and repair techniques. We require that our employees attend on going education and have industry recognized certifications that designate them as specialists in their respective fields. When you walk into our office, you will see some of the vast array of certificates on the wall that were presented to our employees for their industry achievements.
Training Organizations We Support
ASE
All of our body repair and refinish technicians have undergone extensive education and training through the programs offered by the Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) organization. Classes are held on a regular basis and extensive testing assures that techs are highly proficient in their fields.
I-CAR
I-CAR is another organization that offers ongoing training for technicians in the collision repair industry. Again, certification assures that the tech who will work on your vehicle is knowledgeable and qualified to make safe and correct repairs. Locally, I-CAR classes are held on a regular basis at Triton College in River Grove. AASPI
The Alliance of Automotive Service Professionals of Illinois (AASPI) organization provides Loro Auto Works management and technicians with a forum of industry members for the discussion of common problems and industry legislation. The ASPI-North chapter holds periodic meetings that features speakers who either motivate, educate or inform shop owners about pertinent topics for today's collision repair shop.
