Yes, we do offer convenient pick-up and delivery service.

2.   Do you offer a warranty on repairs?

Loro Auto Works exclusively warrants the workmanship performed on your vehicle for as long as you own your vehicle.

Yes, Loro Auto Works was chosen as Best of the Best in Chicago by Chicago Magazine, our hand car wash and detailing service pampers your vehicle inside and out and restores that new car feel and look.

4.   Where is Loro Auto Works located?

We are located on South Blvd, Near Harlem and Lake adjacent to Metra and CTA Green Line trains.  We are open Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m.  to 12 noon.

Yes, Loro Auto Works offers complimentary estimates with no appointment necessary.

Loro Auto Works cares about your vehicle and the environment.  That is why we use Glasurit, the finest state of the art European water borne base coat, high solids polyurethane clear coat paint system by BASF.  Loro Auto Works guarantees color match to ensure your vehicle looks as good as new.
