It's Your Choice!

You are the customer and therefore the person we want to please. Whether you are paying for the repairs yourself, or by having paid your insurance premiums, you are the boss! Some insurance companies try to make you use only "their" body shop. This can cause a conflict of interest as the shop involved may have to make your needs secondary to their contractural agreement with the insurance company. The insurance company may tell you that it is their way of controlling costs and that they guarantee the repairs of the shop. They may go as far as to offer you a discount or other incentive to make you use their contracted shop. How does that control costs? How do they pay for these incentives? The truth is that they control costs by controlling what they allow "their" shop to do to your vehicle.   

Loro Auto Works has insurance partners but only those that allow you, the customer, the choice.  We will not agree to insurance company concessions that jeopordize the safety or value of your vehicle. We work hard to make sure you get the full benefit of quality repairs that you are entitled to as a policy holder or a claimant against the insurance of the person that damaged your vehicle. Your vehicle is a large investment and we strive to restore it to it's pre-accident value.
