At Loro Auto Works Collision Repair Center, Inc., we value
you as a customer and respect your rights to privacy. We do not automatically
collect information from you via our website www.loroautoworks.com. We use
certain information as needed to help identify you and serve you as our
customer. We use this information as part of the normal operations and
processes of our services as well as to establish and manage customer accounts,
complete customer transactions, understand customer needs through market
analysis and research, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements. The
information we collect and/or receive is not sold or shared with third parties,
without your prior authorization to do so, or unless we are complying with
legal and regulatory requirements.
Examples of the information we collect are:
- Contact
Information, such as name, address, phone number, email address, to be
able to identify you as a customer, send you information about our
services, and call and/or write you regarding your account(s).
- Vehicle
Information, such as Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), license plate
number and year/make/model of vehicle, to be able to accurately assess and
repair your vehicle effectively and efficiently.
- Insurance
Information, such as the name of the policyholder, claim number and policy
number, to be able to accurately receive the correct amount of payment
from the insurance company and charge accurately for a deductible amount.
- Correspondence
with you such as phone calls and emails we send and/or receive, which is
stored in our system for up to five (5) years.
Examples of the information we receive are:
- Information
from a Partner Insurance Company, such as the name, address and phone
number of the policyholder, general damage information of vehicle, and VIN
number, provided by your insurance company.
- Information
provided by you as our customer, including your name, address, phone
number, and email address.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit/debit cards,
personal checks and cash as forms of payment. Regarding payment, we provide an
invoice, which is stamped and acts as your receipt, or we provide a printed
credit card receipt. Your credit card information is collected and then
destroyed once the transaction is processed and completed.
This information may be stored for up to five (5) years in
our system, as we provide our Lifetime Warranty, which guarantees our
workmanship on your vehicle f to better assist you if you have any future
problems. We also maintain paper copies of our invoices and the work we did on
your vehicle for up to four (4) years. This information or as long as you own
the vehicle we worked on, therefore we store the information does not include
any payment options you have utilized for your transactions at Loro Auto Works
Collision Repair Center, Inc.
Any changes made to this Privacy Policy will be posted
online and will be effective as of the date it is posted. You will be able to
determine the effective date by checking the month and year it was changed
below.
